If you happen to take the right twists and turns in the cave, you might come across an altar room located at the very back of the cave systems. To add to the maze of caves, the room is usually hidden, with the door only appearing in the middle of the night when moonlight shines on it's reflective handle from an unknown skylight. Inside the room is a strange altar with dizzying properties. Behind it you'll find a very deep and dark staircase leading who knows where.
